PLRWPVideos.com Private Label Terms and Conditions

We strongly suggest you read and understand the terms and conditions below before you make a purchase. Agreeing to these terms and conditions enters you into a binding agreement with Gobala Krishnan and Incomattic Sdn Bhd.

If you do not agree to any of these terms, we recommend that you do not purchase the product.

The following dictates the full terms and conditions and restrictions of use to the video products in PLRWPVideos.com:

General Product Distribution and Sales

1. You can put edit the videos and put your name as the author.
2. You can split, merge and rearrange the videos in any way you want, provided you have a Gold Membership or Platinum Membership. 
3. You may create your own voice overs, add subtitles and other visual aids in English or any other language of your choice, provided you have a Gold Membership or Platinum Membership. 
4. You can sell the video product with personal use rights and keep all of the sales. If you are selling at least 70% of the entire video collection as one product, the recommended selling price is $67.
5. You can offer the Basic Resell Rights or Master Resell Rights to the video products. If you are selling at least 70% of the entire video collection as one product, the recommended selling price is $67.
6. You can add the contents of the video product into a paid membership site. If you are selling at least 70% of the entire video collection as a single product, the recommended selling price is $47 for access. 
7. You can produce the product into written transcriptions and sell as a Special Report or E-Book, at any price you want. 
8. While we cannot control the prices you sell the videos for, please respect our intellectual property and maintain a healthy competition by selling the products at their suggested selling prices. In other words: no selling for $0.99 and such. If you are caught doing this, your membership access will be revoked and permanently banned from my system.
9. You CANNOT give the product or videos away for FREE under any circumstances at all.
10. Your customers CANNOT give the product or videos away for FREE under any circumstances at all.
11. You CANNOT sell the product on auction sites such as eBay.com.
12. You CANNOT use this product in a dime sale event, under any circumstances at all.
13. You CANNOT, under any circumstances at all, resell, give away or trade the Private Label Rights. Only Gobala Krishnan and Incomattic Sdn Bhd are the only sellers of these Private Label Rights.
    
14. You CANNOT, under any circumstances at all, sell the Camtasia Studio source files (.camproj) as a product. If you are a Platinum Member and have access to thse files, you must use them to create videos in Flash / AVI / WMV or other such formats to be sold. Only Gobala Krishnan and Incomattic Sdn Bhd are the only sellers of the Camtasia Studio source files (.camproj).

Under no circumstances can you (or your customers) distribute these videos for free on YouTube, online video sharing sites, your own websites or anywhere else using any method. If you do, we'll issue a DMCA takedown notice against your site and terminate your membership. Please read the terms!

Offline Product Distribution and Sales

1. You can use the videos as an education tool in your presentations, home study or seminar course.
2. You may package the videos into a CD, DVD of other physical media and sell it offline or online. If you are selling at least 70% of the entire video collection as one product, the recommended selling price is $67.
   

1. You are responsible for customer service. PLRWPVideos.com will not be responsible for the lack or failure of their reseller's customer service, as the business dealings are between the reseller and his or her direct customer.
2. You must host all of the videos on your own hosting or server. You CANNOT point any of your video download links to our server at PLRWPVideos.com.
3. You CANNOT use misleading marketing tactics, SPAM or any other illegal/unethical methods to market this product.
4. You CANNOT add, use or impersonate our names (Gobala Krishnan), website name (PLRWPVideos.com), business name (Incomattic Sdn Bhd) or any other of our business or personal information to the product.
   
5. You CANNOT claim to be authorized agents, appointed representatives, partners or other implied business relationships with Gobala Krishnan or Incomattic Sdn Bhd. 
6. You CANNOT claim copyright to the product unless substantial changes are made to the product. Substantial changes constitute more than 50% of the video product changes.
7. Gobala Krishnan and Incomattic Sdn Bhd are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from your application or non-application of the product and its Private Label Rights.
8. We have the right to refuse or discontinue service to you for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license and permanent suspension of your membership, in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.
